The Squash Class: With a 3:1 player to coach ratio, The Squash Class is an incredible way to get an amazing workout as well as receive technical feedback on your game. Format: 5m warm up, 10m hitting, 10m technical hitting, 10m game play, followed by squash-specific movement on court. Minimum level: ability to serve, return and play out a rally. The Squash Class is designed to allow for different standard players to play at the same time.
